During COVID, Youth Drop-In Services and Peer 2 Peer came together to bring wellness activities to the youth when programs returned to in person.
On Fridays during "Youth Drop In" hours,
Ry (the Peer 2 Peer youth Worker) hosts
activities that range from crafts, making snacks, hosting workshops and playing games encouraging and showing participants different ways people can practice wellness and stay busy as they for their turn in the gym.
All the Wellness Friday activities are shared at the end of each month on the @cnhyouth Instagram page and our Youth Services Calendar!
