YMCA YMIND TEEN

 ages 13-18 

Y Mind supports young people to cope with mild to moderate stress, anxiety, and low mood. Our program results show that Y Mind participants experience reduced symptoms, increased overall well-being, and an increased ability to cope with difficult emotions.

This free program is run by caring, trained staff, in a safe supportive environment. Snacks will be provided.

Thursday, October 12 at Collingwood Neighborhood House, 4:30-5:30pm in Family Place Room

Thursday's November 2 - December 14, from 4-6pm at CNH (5288 Joyce St. Vancouver, BC)

Selection Process:

Sign-up below if you are interested in the program. A facilitator will reach out to you to make sure this program is the right fit  for you. There is a maximum of 12 spots available.
